At Dellustria, we operate with a commitment to clarity, fairness, and mutual accountability. Given the strategic, customized, and resource-intensive nature of our design and development services, this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Nature of Services

Dellustria provides custom digital services including but not limited to website design, development, branding, and consulting.

Due to the bespoke nature of these services:

  • Work begins with dedicated time, research, and resource allocation.

  • Deliverables are uniquely created for each client and cannot be resold or reused.

Accordingly, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client (Before Project Commencement)

A project is considered “commenced” once any of the following occurs:

  • Advance payment is received and onboarding has begun

  • Strategy, research, or design work has started

  • Access to tools, resources, or team allocation has been initiated

If cancellation is requested before commencement, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Administrative and consultation fees


2.2 Cancellation by Client (After Project Commencement)

If the project has commenced:

  • All advance payments are non-refundable

  • The client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date

Any partially completed deliverables may be shared at our discretion upon settlement of dues.


2.3 Project Abandonment / Inactivity

If the client fails to respond or provide required inputs for 14 consecutive days:

  • The project will be considered inactive

  • After 30 days of inactivity, the project may be deemed abandoned

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Re-initiation may require additional fees and timeline adjustments


2.4 Cancellation of Subscription / Retainer Services

For ongoing services:

  • A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid cycle


2.5 Cancellation by Dellustria

Dellustria reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches agreed terms

  • There is abusive, unethical, or unlawful conduct

  • Required cooperation or information is not provided

In such cases:

  • Refunds will not be issued for work already completed

  • Any outstanding dues must be settled immediately

Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Principles

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced

  • All payments made towards confirmed projects are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated

Refund eligibility, if any, is determined at Dellustria’s sole discretion


3.2 Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Advance / booking fees

  • Strategy, consultation, and discovery sessions

  • Design concepts, drafts, and revisions

  • Development work already completed

  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, licenses, etc.)


3.3 Exceptional Refunds

In rare and exceptional circumstances, Dellustria may consider a partial refund if:

  • The project has not substantially progressed

  • No significant resources have been utilized

Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final.


3.4 Failed Payments & Chargebacks

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Dellustria

  • Any unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in legal action

  • Clients will be responsible for any associated dispute or recovery costs

Delivery and Approval Clause

Once deliverables are:

  • Approved by the client, or

  • Delivered as per agreed scope

No refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.

Third-Party Services

Dellustria may recommend or integrate third-party tools and platforms.

  • Payments made to third parties are governed by their respective policies

  • Dellustria holds no responsibility for third-party refunds, failures, or disputes

Force Majeure

No refunds shall be issued for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical outages

Policy Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, onboarding, or engagement with Dellustria, you confirm that you:

  • Understand the non-refundable nature of our services

  • Agree to the terms outlined in this policy

  • Accept that refunds are limited and conditional
